| Historical review Tepro Machine & Pac System AB was founded 1978. The original product was a manual heat-sealing machine for blister packing. During the years to come, this type of machine was developed further and simultaneously a production facility for thermoforming of blisters was built. After a few years, Tepro Machine & Pac System also could provide customers with automatic blister sealing machines. The brand of Multiseal became well known among blister packers in Sweden and our neighbour countries. In the 1980- and 90ties we also constructed a number of special blister heat-sealing machines for medical companies like Astra, Pharmacia and Kabi. |

Blister pack and environmental concern When the debate for environmental concern was very intense in the1980-ies, the PVC-plastic was focused in a negative way. As one of the very first blister producers in Scandinavia, Tepro Machine & Pac System could offer it's customers PET-foil that was possible to heat-seal, a more environmentally safe alternative to PVC-blister. In the entire 1990-ies, we consequently developed our blister products in the direction of a higher environmental concern - material minimizing/reduced plastic rate, recycled raw materials, recyclable packages, blister cards without environmentally burdening lacquer. This is what we call Greenpack System and the blister products are Greenpack Original, Greenpack Slide and Greenpack Carton. Greenpack is a registered trademark and the products are patented. We deliver complete packages and machine systems for additional printing at blister cards, handling and sealing, all from manual to automatic solutions. |

| Automation Tepro Machine & Pac System began the 1990's with establishing itself in a, for the company, quite new field. A series of tray and wrap-around packers were developed. These machines are named T-Series; they both exist in a HC variety (high capacity). Together with these equipments we also deliver conveyors and other handling equipment, for example for palletising and depalletising. The 1990's came to be the decade when Tepro Machine & Pac System's entire product program and knowledge took a large step forward. During the work and development of systems for palletising and depalletising a totally new, unique lifting equipment was born - the vacuum suction plate Unigripper. This patented technique enables the user to, inside the area of the vacuum suction plate, lift for example a full layer of glass jars - or just one jar. With the same plate you lift cans, corrugated board boxes and pallets. The combination possibilities are infinite and the technique has revolutionised the material handling when the matter is time wasting tool changes. The Unigripper is often used in applications with industrial robots.
